Yes, it was a very nice & clean facility. I did not feel comfortable with my therapist. I am very glad I asked to receive a copy of my evaluation. There were so many inaccuracies! I was both surprised and disappointed. I will challenge the report with my insurance carrier as this assessment is damaging and presents an inaccurate picture of my health. Personal information was included in a compromising way. All in all a very brusk, experience. Also, medical testing revealed a bacterial cause for much of the problem. I am sure strengthening exercises will be helpful. However, I need to feel respected and heard by my medical provider to want to invest in any therapy. It seems they are the only provider of this care in the city. I don't want to go back, but may have to.

This place is hands down the best! Clean, quiet and comftorable! Upmost caring and fastest place for physical therapy..Monica is absolutely the sweetest most knowledgeable person in the field. they are lucky to have her.She has made a scary and new ordeal for me so pleasent and smooth! She is truly remarkable! She makes your entire visit pleasant takes time to explain, and ensures your comfortable the entire time she is very kind. I highly recommend this place is awesome. The up front staff is so kind..Kayla is so fast an accurate it's a pleasure to go there !
