I had an amazing experience here with pelvic floor PT! After having a baby a couple of years ago, I was experiencing some issues when weightlifting heavily. After working with Haley and applying the exercises consistently, I have experienced complete relief of my symptoms. I'm actually surprised by how quickly I noticed a difference. 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend Smart Body. I was so terrified for my first experience that my blood pressure was way up there. But the time Kayla took with me talking, explaining and asking questions made me so comfortable and relaxed. The examine wasn't as bad as expected. I now know what I can do with somewhat of a timeframe to have better results for me. Thanks, Smart Body.

I found Smart Body because they were *highly* recommended by Mayo Clinic. I was lucky to get on the schedule for nine sessions. Smart Body staff is what you'd want--respectful, excellent bedside manner, considerate. Which is great, but the reason I urge you for go to Smart Body is COMPETENCE. So much knowledge and insight gathered so quickly! Was it fun? Nope. (Like any physical therapy that I've ever had). Do I have a lot of home work ahead of me? Yup. On about day 6 of my experience I was exhausted and ready to cry. But I ultimately came away feeling equipped and ready! My long and frustrating and expensive search for help is over. Maybe Smart Body has a few hiccups in the booking/reception area, like just about any business right now. But there are some very strong individuals working that area picking up the slack, and that will NOT affect your health care. Moving forward Smart Body is going to be in even BIGGER demand! Make your appointment sooner, not later. I traveled 1,400 miles to see them. Well worth it.

The therapists are fine. I called to cancel an appt. The receptionist put me on hold twice then just hung up on me. I called back and before I said anything she said she was too busy to take calls and would call later. Her demeanor was cold, rude, and unprofessional. Notifying a cancel is a courtesy which allows the therapist to plan their day and help other customers. Any business that hangs uo on customers doing them a courtesy should not be patronized.

I hardly ever write a review about a business after my drive back home and thinking about it heavily I decided I must write this smart body have no one to file a complaint with. When I was first referred to smart body PT I met with A very nice physical therapist and even though there was no PT done only a consult I had paid a $30 co-pay. With my hectic work schedule and also receiving PT at another location, I had to work very hard between my very hectic schedule and even though I called in the allotted time and reschedule three appointments not four. Once I arrived at my appointment today, which is September 17, 2004. Soon as you walk in the front door, you’re loudly ask across the waiting room. What is your last name? Also, after paying my $30 co-pay I sit down and the other receptionist came upfront while the other receptionist was waiting on a patient. She says I owe another $20 because I needed to pay a $50 cancellation fee. Right in front of the other patient, there is no upfront receptionist privacy between The patient and their privacy. I simply said I am not paying the $20. Why should the $20 matter and go towards my next Co-pay so a few minutes went by and she went and got the office manager in the office manager said to me oh because she canceled the appointments the cancellation fee is $50 which leaves you owing $20 and when I refuse to pay, she did not hesitate $20 came before a patient’s care. She simply picked up the phone and she called and said could you reverse the payment of $30 back to my It is very sad that smart body PT care about $20 more than the care of a patient. I’m sure my insurance and my co-pays is way more than $20. Business from me or any friends or coworkers that I know, I would prefer them not to visit Smart because $20 will come before your care. I see if I owed I pay all my co-pays So thanks, smart body for putting $20 before a patient’s care. My doctor office have already sent me up with a lot of practice to continue my care. Natasha the front receptionist is very load and discussing a patient’s business in front of other patients is not ok.

As a PT center, many come for spinal problems and cannot sit for long periods of time. I am one of those people. I look forward to my upcoming visits to achieve a more healthy outcome.

I want to thank Smart Body PT for helping me become cured from the painful pelvic floor condition I was diagnosed with seven years ago. So many doctors told me I would never get better. The first time I attempted to attend PT at another clinic, I felt so humiliated that I didn't go back. Fortunately, I was able to find a new doctor that got me diagnosed correctly and encouraged me to give PT another try. Coming to Smart Body PT was a game changer for me. I felt so comfortable there from the first day. My therapists, Alexis and Cassidy, were incredibly knowledgable and compassionate. I felt understood, heard, and empowered to believe that I could meet my goals. The front desk staff were always so kind and professional. I have now been discharged and feel like a new person! I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I have no idea if their therapy is any good because they decided to no longer take Aetna as of April 23 2024, and didn't bother to tell me this 3 weeks ago when I called to make the appointment. They asked on that day what insurance I had and then told me "Yes sir, we accept Aetna", not bothering to tell me then that they were dropping Aetna coverage until I showed up for my appointment today. Which by the way, they charge $75 if you miss an appointment, but paid me nothing for wasting my time by taking off work for the non-appointment and all of the paperwork they had me fill out online. I was very excited to start my therapy with them and now I am completely disappointed at their lack of customer service. If you have Aetna insurance, don't bother with this PT center unless you want to pay out of pocket, which they tried to offer me before I walked out. I am sure the therapists are great, but I wouldn't know, because I didn't get past the front desk.
