The therapists are fine. I called to cancel an appt. The receptionist put me on hold twice then just hung up on me. I called back and before I said anything she said she was too busy to take calls and would call later. Her demeanor was cold, rude, and unprofessional. Notifying a cancel is a courtesy which allows the therapist to plan their day and help other customers. Any business that hangs uo on customers doing them a courtesy should not be patronized.

The Therapists at Smart Body Physical Therapy are Caring and Professional at all times. I like that they take the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. In addition, their office staff are friendly and helpful.
