After only 3 days of doing the exercises that my Smart Body physical therapist gave me, I can already feel the difference in my core and pelvic strength. I have had chronic back, knee, and hip pain for a year and a half following my third c-section, and it has been debilitating. I have been searching for something that would help repair it. I have tried other PT services and exercise regimens and nothing has helped even slightly. My pain has been gone every day that I have done the exercises that Cassidy, my PT, gave me! I am so hopeful that this will be the fix that I have been looking for and will sing ALL the praises of Smart Body and their amazing work!

I want to thank Smart Body PT for helping me become cured from the painful pelvic floor condition I was diagnosed with seven years ago. So many doctors told me I would never get better.
