I want to thank Smart Body PT for helping me become cured from the painful pelvic floor condition I was diagnosed with seven years ago. So many doctors told me I would never get better. The first time I attempted to attend PT at another clinic, I felt so humiliated that I didn't go back. Fortunately, I was able to find a new doctor that got me diagnosed correctly and encouraged me to give PT another try. Coming to Smart Body PT was a game changer for me. After only 3 days of doing the exercises that my Smart Body physical therapist gave me, I can already feel the difference in my core and pelvic strength. I have had chronic back, knee, and hip pain for a year and a half following my third c-section, and it has been debilitating. I have been searching for something that would help repair it. I have tried other PT services and exercise regimens and nothing has helped even slightly. My pain has been gone every day that I have done the exercises that Cassidy, my PT, gave me!
